GLOBAL GATEWAY

Global Gateway programme is an initiative taken to inspire our students to become productive members of an ever-changing global society. The objective is to enhance educational experience of the students by giving them international exposure.
Cambridge School, Srinivaspuri was registered on the Global Gateway website in the month of January in 2011. An international education corner has been set up in the school in order to update the students with the profiles of different countries. Our primary students have written to the students in the partner schools of England. We have also exchanged artifacts (handmade paper bags, earrings etc.) with the partner schools in England. We have received requests for partnership from different schools situated abroad. These partnerships will facilitate student and staff interaction, exchange programmes and curriculum development.
The programme coordinators aim to establish an e-mail exchange programme and teacher-student visits in the near future. We are also looking forward to making our students work on universal issues with the partner schools abroad. By acquiring knowledge of cultural, geographical, political and economic systems prevailing in the other countries we aim to make our students globalised citizens. The teacher co-ordinators for this programme are Ms.M.Khanna and Ms.S.Relan.
